• MSFT leads GOOGL/AMZN by 7.5pp but is hold-not-add: RSI 70.9 on 0.42x RVOL, and Claude's catch on the September ATM put at $23.10 vs a $9.22 call says marginal flow is hedging, not buying.
• Fund from peer-confirmed laggards: AAPL -5.2pp vs MSFT/GOOGL with antitrust biting services; META -3.3pp vs GOOGL/SNAP at the 26th %ile with the trial opening Tuesday. SNAP +6.2% keeps it Meta-specific.
• GOOGL trails on trend but Berkshire's 83% stake increase plus repeat congressional buying argue neutral, not short. AMZN and TSLA are breadth arithmetic.

Key Risks

• MSFT IV30 at 14.2% against RV20 57.6% (-43.4 pts) alongside the premium inversion smells stale or mismarked — do not underwrite short vol on it.
• Equipment tape is still broken: AMAT -9.6% and KLAC -7.1% over 21d. AI capex is not confirmed by the supply chain.

Watch

NVDA +5.4% vs EMA20 into 8/26 AMC (EPS est 2.13, rev est $93.6B, IV-RV +2.8 pts — the only name where implied exceeds realized). Lose that premium and leadership narrows to an overbought MSFT alone.
